Sujini Ponnusamy
Sujini Ponnusamy is an award-winning molecular biologist, genomics scientist, precision medicine expert, health coach, and AI health innovator with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of genomics, artificial intelligence, oncology, personalized nutrition, and healthcare innovation.
Throughout her career, Sujini has built and led advanced healthcare platforms, trained clinicians, advised on healthcare AI policy, and supported innovation across precision medicine and personalized health. She is the architect of BioSustain AI, a platform designed to integrate genomic markers, biochemical data, and real-time physiological signals to generate individualized nutrition protocols.
Sujini has served as a MassChallenge Judge and Mentor, Advisory Board Member and Startup Evaluation Committee member for AIC RAISE, and mentor to healthcare startups. Her work reflects a deep commitment to making science personal, practical, and empowering — helping young people better understand the connection between their health, choices, and potential.
