Individual mentoring: a one-to-one relationship between an adult and a young person with the goal of empowering, inspiring, and motivating the young person and their outlook for the future.
Our individual mentorship program is a 3, 6 or 12 month timeframe one-to-one relationship between an adult and a young person with the goal of empowering, inspiring, and motivating a more positive outlook for the future. Mentors are recruited from the public and paired with mentees from our partner schools. The mentees and mentors also engage in group activities over the course of the program.
Being a Mentor has given me much more than I could have ever imagined.
