Marie-Thérèse Allen Appointed Mentor’s new Chairman of the Board

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Marie-Thérèse Allen as the new Chairman of the Board.

Marie-Thérèse has served on Mentor Foundation USA’s Board since 2009. Ms. Allen’s extensive expertise within the non-profit sector, and her long-time involvement with Mentor Foundation USA, make her the ideal candidate for the role as Chairman of Mentor Foundation USA. Her dedication, vision, and strategic view for Mentor Foundation USA will be crucial for the organization’s ongoing development.

I am excited for what the future holds under Marie-Thérèse Allen's inspirational leadership as she continues to bring a wealth of both nonprofit and business development experience to the Mentor Foundation USA Board. I admire her already extensive service to our organization and our youth as we warmly welcome Ms. Allen to lead our Board of Directors. I know she will help to accelerate our youth programs and community services in both quality and growth development, in her position as Chairman.

Ms. Marie-Thérèse Allen currently serves as the President of luxury Italian leather accessories and jewelry company, NAYLOR & NAYLOR, Inc. Prior to forming NAYLOR & NAYLOR, Inc., Marie-Therese Allen was a Partner of New York-headquartered international law firm, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP for over 20 years where she represented coporate and government clients.

It is a great honor to be appointed Chairman of Mentor Foundation USA. I am incredibly proud of the organizations vision and its accomplishments over the past two decades. Since 1996, Mentor Foundation USA has empowered hundreds of thousands of youth across the United States to make healthy decisions, free of substances. I look forward to leading the charge on Mentor Foundation USA's current and future youth activities.
