‘In Light of Youth’ Summer Gala – Virtual Event
Like many other non-profits, in the United States and around the world, Mentor Foundation USA is currently faced with unprecedented challenges. COVID-19 and opioid addiction are considered the two great epidemics of our generation, and they are now intersecting in additively deadly ways.
During these challenging times, we look to you, our closest friends and partners to ask for your continued support. Join us on Saturday, August 29th at 7pm EDT for an evening full of inspiration, from the comfort of your home.

Mentor International’s 25th Year Anniversary
It was 25 years ago that Mentor International, Mentor Foundation USA’s affiliate, was founded by H.M. Queen Silvia of Sweden together with members of the World Health Organization (WHO).
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to Her Highness Princess Sora Saud, the many Ambassadors, U.S. government officials, philanthropists, business leaders, and Mentor friends who joined us this special evening. It was great seeing so many old and new friends of Mentor celebrating together – all in support of youth.
‘In Light of Youth’ Benefit Dinner
In 2018, Mentor hosted our ’In Light of Youth’ Benefit Dinner in the presence of H.M. Queen Silvia of Sweden. The theme, “In Light of Youth,” served as a reminder that young people are at the heart of the design and development of our youth programs to create better outcomes for youth.
In 2018, International pop star Zara Larsson performed, and special guests included Princess Sora Saud of Saudi Arabia; Romero Britto; Washington Capital Players Nicklas Bäckström, Christian Djoos, and André Burakovsky; and several Ambassadors to the United States.
